Information Technology
The Curtis L. Ivery District Office houses the Division of Information Technology (IT), which serves as the district's central technology provider. It is dedicated to delivering innovative, reliable, and user-centric services that empower students, faculty, and staff in their teaching and learning endeavors.
IT is responsible for introducing new technologies throughout the District and managing all IT-related contracts and licenses. In addition to facilitating and coordinating technology activities across WCCCD campuses and the Curtis L. Ivery District Office, IT provides a range of enterprise systems and support services, including:
- Banner and associated administrative applications
- Wired and wireless networking
- Software, cloud services, and applications
- Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Blackboard Collaborate, VoIP phones, and voicemail
- Computer classroom and instructional support
- User support services, including account assistance, technical support, and troubleshooting for students, faculty, and staff
