Student Complaint Process

Students with a complaint concerning a course, an instructor or other staff should discuss the problem with the instructor or staff person first. If the student is still dissatisfied after this discussion, the student should complete a formal, written inquiry/ complaint form, available in the Student Services Office at the campus of choice. The inquiry/complaint form is also available online at http://www.wcccd.edu/students/pp_forms.htm

Refer to the Student Code of Conduct in the WCCCD Student Handbook for additional information regarding complaint resolution. After following established complaint protocol, students who remain dissatisfied may file a complaint with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs at Post-Secondary Complaints Information.
