Data Requests

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) is the centralized administrative unit that processes all
data requests for internal and external needs. To ensure proper processing and analysis of all
institutional data requests, please submit a request by email to jdimick1@wcccd.edu. Each request will be reviewed at the discretion of OIE and processed individually requiring as much detail as possible in the email body or data request form. Please include the following specific details to support processing in the body of the email at least 10 days before the requested due date:

• Purpose of the request
• How the data will be used
• Details about the data requested to include variables, format, time period, etc.
• Due date
• Recipient of the data
