Where do I get my card?

ID cards with photographs are issued at the District Police Authority Office.

What do I need to get ID One Card?

To obtain an ID One Card, the student needs to present a valid class schedule and one form of official photo ID (driver's license or state ID).

Why do I need an ID card?

Students must present the WCCCD ID One card to check out library materials and use the Learning Resources Center (LRC). Students can use the ID One Card to pay for the printouts from the copier machine. Black and white copies are 15 cents a page, and colored copies are 25 cents a page. It is the student’s responsibility to carry identification at all times while on College property. Staff and faculty members are also encouraged to obtain an ID card.

Help! I've lost my ID card. What do I do?

  1. Contact District Police Authority Office to see if it was turned in.
  2. Contact the Library to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
  3. If lost or misplaced, a $10 replacement fee will be charged.
  4. Replacement cards are issued at the District Police Authority Office during regular hours.

Does my ID card need to be renewed?

All students must have the updated version of the student ID cards (See current format above). Students must be registered for the current semester to obtain the updated ID card. Student must provide a print out their class schedule before being issued a new ID card. Students can get print outs of current class schedules form the LRC.
