The Division of Institutional Effectiveness supports district-wide continuous improvement initiatives by regularly collecting survey data from various stakeholders about programs and services. The data from each survey are tabulated and analyzed to inform strategic planning and decision-making for improving services, programs, and stakeholder satisfaction.
