The 2023-24 Award Year is Winding Down
Time has flown by! Summer 2024 registration is underway.
Financial Aid students planning to enroll for the Summer semester will need to submit a 2024 Summer Financial Aid application if they did not attend WCCCD for the Fall 23 and Spring 24 semesters. Be mindful that Guest students are not able to receive Title IV aid at WCCCD for the Summer semester. The Summer Federal Work Study Application is also available. Both forms can be found on our website at Financial Aid Forms. Students interested in applying for a student loan for Summer can access the Loan Request on WCCCD Student Forms until June 15th.
As always, it is extremely important that you monitor your Web-Gate, WCCCD Student Forms and email accounts on a regular basis to remain informed of any communication or requests from the District Financial Aid Office. As the award year comes to a close, check all of your student requirements on both portals to ensure that you have submitted all documents and received all expected disbursements. The deadline to submit documents for the 2023-24 award year is July 15th. No documents for the 2023-24 award year will be accepted beyond this date.
