Kids’ College Camp Information
Class Capacity:
Kids’ College Camp programs are self-supporting and require a minimum number of students to run. To avoid inconvenience, camps with low enrollment will be canceled one week in advance. Participants in canceled camps will receive a refund.
Employee Background Check:
All instructors working directly with students have passed a criminal background check.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures:
For safety reasons, students under 18 must be accompanied by an authorized adult or attending Kids’ College Camp programs while on campus. To ensure your child's safety:
- Sign In and Sign Out each day.
- Pick up students within 15 minutes of program dismissal.
- Repeated late pick-ups may result in termination from the camp, with no refunds.
Youth Student Emergency Information Form:
A signed Youth Student Emergency Information Form must be presented to the instructor on the first day of class. A form is required for each child and is available in our Continuing Education schedule book.
Note: Only parents or legal guardians can drop off or pick up your child unless an alternate is designated and presents proper ID.
Photographs:
Photos may be taken during programs for promotional use. If you do not wish for your child’s photograph to be used, please send a letter to:
