Business Administration: Retail Management

Retail management is the process of ensuring customers are happy with their purchases. As a retail manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of a retail outlet and will also need to ensure that your employees are trained and coached in best practices to keep them engaged and happy, resulting in happy customers.

If your interests include working with the public, marketing, sales, and people management, then retail management is a great career choice. The Retail Management Certificate program prepares you for all aspects of managing a retail business, from marketing to human resources.
